Clarity – Transformation from a situation that seemed to be awful or out of control into something that is true to what is actually happening in the current time. purity.
It shows us the clear skies during a storm.
We can be like the sky… everything else that passes by is the weather.
Why is clarity important to integrate into our lives?
When we have a situation that holds us down, or something seems to upset or anger us, we will stay in that state of mind and see it with the vision of that one emotion, but when we have clarity we see things mull over, with a cleared perception. Once we receive the truth of the situation then we can respond in a different behavior, understanding it in a more compassionate light.
How can we incorporate clarity in our lives when everything seems to pull us into drama/chaos?
Seeing a situation and realising the emotion we are seeing it from - We can let ourselves become the observer or the participator, but when we find clarity, we can find harmony in both partakers. Taking a step back and seeing what point of view were looking at the situation from.
2. Different points of view - Once we grasp the concept that everything can be understood from many standpoints we can find clarity in any obstacle we find ourselves in.
3. Gaining clarity - We need presence and engagement. Are we present for our friends? Our families? Ourselves? Are we actually listening? Or are we waiting to talk? We can see a lake and the reflection of what things really are, but when the lake is rippled, we only see fragments of the real thing. We can learn to be as still as a lake mentally/emotionally to find clarity.
4. Concentrati
on and insight - We can find the stability of our chaos through concentration and to gain concentration we might need to walk away from something or someone to regain insight, not out of a reaction but to respond in our own true ways. When we learn how to stabilize out of reactive situations it not only becomes a catalyst for change for us but for the people around us and they will do the same, which will show the whole world a new way of handling chaos and finding true clarity.
Clarity is important and is the change we need in social situations. It leads us into better life choices and how to think before we speak, to simmer down the situation in peace and harmony rather than chaos and drama. We can change the world just by small actions. Of course, we humans will come to face stress, traumas, anxieties, and other unfavorable occupations in our lives, but we can with each step learn to grow into a spirit of clarity and nourishment for ourselves.
Thank you for listening and I hope this can give you peace of mind for the day, even if for a moment, please do not hesitate to talk if you have any questions,
