Owner & Founder

Hi, I’m Neena.

I was always quite an understanding person, ever since I was a child, it stemmed from sheer curiosity about people and the world around me. I would have an urge to help people find comfort, but I felt like I was missing the tools… That’s when yoga came in my life and I saw subtle shifts, which now looking back at it, those little shifts turned into bigger ones that has led up to today!

I had and have a passion for the mind, how humans work and their conditions, how we can see a different view of the world, and what tools we can use that stem from it. I went from being depressed, anxious, and angry to calm, more at peace, and a neutral set of mind-space. Balance is key! And it is what yoga can give many of us. I am not looking to cure your problems, rather;  I am offering a guide, a way that can shift your view, offer a peaceful and more harmonious, slow-paced way of life, and support you, just as yoga did for me.

Think of me as the kind, caring friend who wants to be there for you, someone who you can see that truly understands you, listens to you, and supports you with every decision you make.

I focus clearly on meditation, breathwork, and yoga techniques while releasing any stress and worries you have.

I am a resource for you to come back to whether you’re struggling mentally or just need some more motivation in your life, showing you your capabilities and blocks that might be stopping you from living your most beautiful life. I see life in a wholesome, vibrant, mystifying way – with more than just the physical it has to offer, through yoga and its comforting techniques and philosophies, I strongly hope that it changes your life, or for a better word, attuned to your truth, underneath the surface like it did for me!

The Issue Today

We rarely speak about mental health illness and struggles, even as suicide rates go up and more people are diagnosed with anxiety every year…we must address what is affecting people, how it is affecting people, and why. Most people think that focusing on physical health will bring fruition towards mental health, but that is certainly not the case, and only to an extent does it seem to work. At the end of the day, it’s just you with your thoughts. Raising awareness of the thoughts that occur and how to activate the ones that support you and your journey.

Providing Truth will help get into the cracks of your mind. Dissecting and breaking down the challenges of where your rooted beliefs/negative thought patterns stem from through yoga or mental health awareness topics!

I am a 200 Hr Yoga teacher with years of experience in yoga, philosophies, meditation, breathwork, mental health, mental health awareness, core beliefs, negative thought patterns, self awareness, breathwork, depression awareness, anxiety awareness and trauma awareness, along with a certification in Yoga, a certificate in yoga teacher training for trauma, depression and anxiety.
