Do you catch yourself repeating the same mantras over and over again?
What I mean by (mantra) – a word or sentence repeated frequently
Let’s say every day you catch yourself repeating “I’ll never be able to_” or “I can’t have that because_” those sentences are mantras within themselves. Since you created those for yourself, that is now your reality. Your reality is whatever you make of it and when you say these things, that is what you experience. The process of being aware of your actions and words in everyday life requires frequent awareness every single day.
How do you create your own beliefs in the first place?
Now, in my own experience, I would have my own struggle of beliefs I have created for myself, I would always have the same experience over and over with money, relationships with others and myself. I would always say “I’ll never be loved”, ”I’m not good enough for them or myself” or “I never make money” etc. I set the theme for my life right there, but how I created those belies came from my childhood. Watching the people I love struggle with money themselves and their relationships, watching that as a child embedded a code into my mind that I took on from them, their actions and thoughts and experiences shaped me into who I thought I was. Usually, it always starts from childhood, but do not blame your family or friends because they were not aware of what they were creating for them or you. Only forgiveness should be acted upon when you rediscover where these beliefs came from.
Now, I want you to follow these steps to help release those beliefs!
1. Get a journal or something to write in. Throughout the day I want you to carry that around and become aware- aware of what thoughts come stirring into your head, listen to the voice that says “I can’t”, “I don’t think”, “I’m not”, “I shouldn’t” and as follows. Write every single one down. By the end of the day or week, if you must, You will acquire all that you have been saying for months even years! but, do not worry because this is the first step to becoming a better you!
2. Reflect. – reflect on those words you threaded into your life. how do they make you feel? write down all the emotions and thoughts you are feeling right now.
3. Create your new beliefs. After you have reflected on the cant’s won’t’s and should not, create a list beside those words and rephrase them. for example: “I can’t make more or enough money because I’m not good enough” you would then rewrite “I can make more money because I’m an amazing human being who can do anything that puts their mind to it”. By rewriting them and saying them daily, they become your truth. Now, these are your own affirmations you must practice every day. When you do this daily, it shoos away all the ones that you created years ago. It sets a new tone for your life, you will start to feel better, do better and raise your frequency! To add even more piz-az to the mix.
sing your new belief, scream it, throw your hands into the air, dance around, laugh about it. The more you say it, the more you will believe it.
Why would I start to believe it just because of this?
You already have been believing all the other distasteful things you tell yourself and you believed it then. So why can’t you believe it now? Why can’t you start to believe all the wonderful things that you are? Every day is a new beginning. Every day is a new chance for you to start your life however you want. You chose this life. You are always choosing your life and the experiences it carries. Choose to live life fully with light and love, so much that it radiates out from within you into the world, when you do, you’re also lifting other people up.
