What You Will Need:
- Room/Floor Space: Class size depends on the limit of the room capacity, if group or yoga class, (recommend 10-20 people to ensure each person recieve the required attention and best experience possible
- Yoga Mats
- Choosing a day/time that is suited for you (mornings/afternoons/evenings after work)
- Duration: sessions are typically 1 hour, but can be reduced to 45 minutes
- Choose a class style that can benefit you/group or combine class types together: Yin,Hatha, slow Vinyasa, Meditation,etc.
The above pricing is for regular weekly/fortnightly sessions and has a 6 month expiry date from start of first session.
