Intention– a thing intended; an aim or plan.

Why is intention so important to include in everyday life? How can we make use of it?

Using intention introduces you to a bond between you and the creation either in front of you or is in the process of being created. For example, you make an intention for the food you’re about to eat in front of you, your intention is to have it heal you, nurture you, energize you, fill you up with joy and love, also in the process of this, you give gratitude for what it is going to do for you, it will do exactly that. The power of your mind and energy working together with the strong willpower and belief of your words ties it together to make it come true! Your mind is your master or your friend and is a great tool to acquire. Your body will follow if you certainly believe it will happen, it wraps around the truth of a belief, a belief that will upgrade your life into enchantment! You can even do this before you’re about to meet with someone, talk to someone, eating, walking, and even right before you work, just about anything!

You can start including it in your everyday life and it will light up your reality with more interests, details, simpler things. The intention you have set before doing anything will have you feeling more optimistic about your own life and taking more power for yourself to follow through with what you’re saying and also bringing you in the present moment, your actions follow through afterward, try a couple of the examples above and see for yourself.

You can’t always control how you feel, but you can control how you react, to your friends, problems, food, boss, work, etc. Within setting an intention you will act accordingly. Think about how you arrive at a place… You might not even notice but, you probably have already set an intention without being conscious of it. Make it appear and change it up if it isn’t set to your standards of who you want to evolve into.

Ask yourself, “What is important for me right now and what do I want to feel?”. “What do I want to aim for in this situation?”
