1. Drink water and make it fun, put some fruits in it, and if you like to drink coffee put extra mindfulness in it and stir it 3 times, as you do this think of the intention you’ve set for the day.
  2. Walk or run in nature and listen to classical music/jazz, whether it is raining or not.
  3. Buy some flowers and take care of them, if you have some plants and flowers growing in your yard or around your area, don’t be afraid to go water them and shower them with love.
  4. Turn off your phone for an hour.
  5. Meditate somewhere new and do some yoga, speak out loud to the skies as if it were someone who’s listening attentively. (As it is).
  6. Dance and get the energy moving, put on your favorite tunes.
  7. Donate to a charity or to your local communities, it could be food, clothes, or online donations.
  8. Give someone a gift or sprinkle kindness on them.
  9. Observe your thoughts for a couple minutes.
  10. Write anything.
  11. Speak to a stranger or friend.
  12. Read a good book.
  13. Dress up for yourself, get creative, and smile at your reflection.
