Meet Your Instructor

Neena is a Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin based alignment yoga teacher, along with experience in making people feel at peace and comfortable through mental health awareness practices. Her approach is gentle, intuitive and nurturing. Making sure you feel comfortable in your own body. She is here as a resource to encourage an exploration into the self, helping you reinvigorate the relationship you have with body, mind, the people around you and the beautiful world you live in through  awareness practices, yoga, breath-work and mental health support

My focus is on unlocking peace, mental health awareness and joy through adopting various yoga postures, meditations and breathing techniques, to bring you back into your natural state of being.
