Types of Yoga I offer:
Yin- Deep muscle tension release and relief with more focus on mind
Hatha- “typically involve a set of physical postures (yoga poses) and breathing techniques. These are typically practised more slowly and with more static posture holds than a Vinyasa flow or Ashtanga class.”- Ekhart yoga
Slower paced vinyasa- Focus on breath awareness while still moving at a eased pace

Yoga Nidra- While relaxing the body, bringing awareness to one body part at a time with the mind
Breathwork- breathing to help stimulate, calm, energize, focus the mind and body into a harmonious nature, while releasing stress, and anxiety
